Hello!
When we think of May, many associate Mother’s Day with it. Do you know where the month got its name from? I googled it… it derives from Maia, the Greek Goddess of fertility, who is also the Goddess of Spring and growth.
When I was a child, my mother asked me and my two younger siblings to not make a big fuss out of Mother’s Day. Why? She said she wanted us to behave and respect her all year, not only on one particular Sunday in May. That stuck with me—to this day.
I prefer to think of May as a month to celebrate women in general: mothers, daughters, sisters, friends, and I’m honored to collaborate with two other fantastic authors of Women’s Fiction in this special giveaway.

One of my biggest goals is to go on a few day trips as soon as the weather allows it, but until then, I’m traveling through the eyes of my characters. I hope May brings you plenty of moments to grab a book and get lost in the fictional world.
